[link][link]I have decided to pair the Temeraire characters with Disney characters that resemble them in some way. Therefore:
- Laurence is John Smith from Pocahontas, because I have always sort of imagined him looking like Smith, only with longer hair
- Tharkay is Li Shang from Mulan, because they are both Asian (or Tharkay only half-Asian, but whatever)
- Emily has sandy blonde hair like Cinderella
- Jane shares her Christian name with Jane Porter from Tarzan
- Catherine has red hair like Ariel
- Riley is a sailor like Jim Hawkins from the Treasure Planet
- Granby has long, dark hair and dark blue eyes, like Tarzan (I bet he's feeling very awkward in that loincloth...)
