A couple of weeks ago I started rewatching my favourite Disney movies (Aladdin being my favourite-favourite-favourite of all), and then I watched its second sequel, Aladdin and the King of Thieves. I was curious to know what rating the latter got on imdb, so I looked it up, and found a forum topic under it with the title "Aladdin IV?" I got curious, read into it, and saw what people were guessing would be in Aladdin IV, if there ever was an Aladdin IV (I doubt there will be...) I must admit I didn't like most of what they wrote, so here's my version of Aladdin IV's plot (taking place a few months after King of Thieves): it begins with the news of the good old Sultan's death. Sinister start? Yeah.

Aladdin, being the husband of the princess, is suddenly faced with several difficult-to-handle things: becoming sultan, his wife's depression over losing her father, and a sudden upraising in Agrabah. To make things even more difficult, Jasmine turns out to be pregnant. Sounds dark and at least PG-13? Heck, yes, but I'd love to see it made into a movie!

If I hadn't given up on writing fanfiction, I would write it.

So anyway, this is a pic taking place five years after my version of Aladdin IV. Iago, who we all know left with Al's dad at the end of King of Thieves, decided to return to Agrabah, because he'd been missing the comfort of the palace (how very typical of him, huh?). To his surprise he finds Al and Jas with three kids, and the little boy (let's name him Cassim after Al's dad) develops a habit of chasing him. Poor Iago.

As for Abu, he's been miffed ever since the kids were born, 'cause he feels neglected. Poor Abu...

This pic took me almost two weeks. But I hope it was worth it.
